Timmaroth is one of the Demonlords of Rancor, ruler of the Second Layer of Hell and the Lord of Hunger. Often taking the appearance of an overlarge demon, little is known of Timmaroth before his fall into darkness, and then ascension during The Godswar. He served Belegor faithfully during his rule as the King of Hell, but quickly switched sides after Belegor's fall, swearing allegiance to Belros Azul as his sovereign. Timmaroth served loyally under Aeltruad during the invasion of the Elswyld, although without note. Timmaroth is famed for dining on mortal flesh.

Circle of Shadows- Most prominent within the Felidar Imperium, Yvren and other places where the Shadow holds sway, the Circle of Shadows is comprised of a cabal of warlocks, clerics, priests and other mages who draw upon the Shadow for their power. Fueled by raw ambition, members of the Circle are driven to accumulate as much power as possible, often at the expense of others, or even their own members. They are often cruel and unforgiving, and can be found acting as priests amongst those regions controlled by the forces of darkness. They venerate Belros Azul above all others as the pinnacle of their ideals.
The Slaves of Famine- The Slaves are a cult dedicated to the worship of Timmaroth, Lord of Hunger. They venerate the demonlord of Hell out of fear, desiring that he stay his hand in dessicating their livelihoods. While most farming communities make some offering to Timmaroth in secret, at its worst the cult is comprised of members who few Timmaroth as the living embodiment of greed and avarice, and that they can gain some of his power by mimicking his habit of eating the flesh of the Elder Races.
