Cepren was created by Vraekar during the Dawn Age at the end of the Chaos Wars after the defeat of Khazmijir and the Primordials to guard the gates of El' Shanayah. Cepren was created by Vraekar to guard the gates at Vat Shanal of what he viewed as his most mortal enemies, and as such it was important to him that they were secure. As such he endowed Cepren with the most powerful combat skills he could muster, creating one of the most dangerous warriors in the Known Realms. Cepren is a master of all weapons, and has stood watch at his post since time immemorial. Cepren is seemingly uninterested in the affairs of the realms, and has not cultivated a following.
