The Black Cat is a well-known pub located in the vampire city of Selene. It overlooks the lake adjacent to the city, known as Silver Lake.
History
Several decades ago, the Black Cat was the site of a mass arrest of younger vampires, who had conspired to reform the vampire empire's government into a democratic republic. The Black Cat still stands as an institution, and still serves customers, but most vampires avoid it in fear of retribution.
