St. Vladimir's Academy

St. Vladimir's Academy is a university located in the vampire city Selene. It is one of many Șolomanță located across Eana, being schools of magic. As with all of the Șolomanță, graduates from the school are known as Solomonari.

History

The valedictorian Rider from St. Vladimir's Academy gains the steed vampiric dragon known as Zmeu. Unlike other dragons, Zmeu is almost humanoid, serving as a sort of living halfway point between dragons and dragonborn. It has prehensile thumbs, and is an adept wizard and artificer. Zmeu's presence has earned the Academy the nicknames "L'École du Dragon", "The School of the Dragon", and "Dragon School". The Emperor Vladimir, the eponymous namesake of the academy, was the first to ride the dragon Zmeu.
