Devine Mark

The Mark is nothing more than a Arcane Tattoo that has been granted by one of the many gods of Dungar. Some gods will on a whim just give a mortal a Devine Mark. Others achieve the mark by going through a ritual of some kind like The Elusive Spell of the Unstable Dream of the Nightlanders of the Dark Lands .
