Pyrmond (PEER-mund)

Pyrmond is a mining town located on the western coast of Emaul. It has the only accessible mines in the Greenridge Mountains, providing marble, granite, and silver to the Dravenforth Empire and to Olazure.
Despite being on the coast, Pyrmond has no naval trade due to the Uncharted Waters cutting off all normal trade routes. While there is a port, it is small and generally serves local fishing vessals. Being so cut off from the rest of the empire, few security measures exist in the ports, and it is a popular spot for smugglers, pirates, and other shifty individuals to gather.
