Defences
Built on a small hill near the waters edge there is a slight high ground advantage, but risshavens defenses lie in its multiple walls on the outside and throughout the inner city, providing many choke points. The outside of the city is also protected by multiple heavy arcane artillery sheller and manned by the citys police force in times of crisis.
Industry & Trade
Home of most of the UPK's bright minds. it exports non threatening designs to other countries. It imports many of its luxery goods from its allied countries.
Infrastructure
The city is split into multiple districts each built upon the need after more and more expansion is required to maintain the population. All districts are named after musical terms as was the wish of the founder. Each district generally is important to the city in some way that others arent, risshaven flourishes under this system.
Assets
Risshaven is home to some of the most designer and expensive botiques in the world. This along with Risshaven University makes its culture spread significantly further than would otherwise be expected of a city this far south.

One of the few places that has skyscrapers. most buildings are in the style of opulent Art Deco style.
Geography
Based at lake Randay its original strength was a strong fishing hamlet, and strong wooded forests.
Natural Resources
Lumber, iron and water were the primary resource from the city, but as of late intelectual property is the most caluable export.
