12: "There wont be any combat this session..." *And the DM Lied*

General Summary

• The Party continued their interrogation with Urutru after the lawyer gave them veiled threats ,in the form of advise.
• The party had a group meeting about how to get to him
• They noticed he mentioned familial associates often and decided to use that as their in on the interigation
• They then vaguely threatened to extend the investigation to them
• Urutru asked for a contract to secure his family's safety
• The Party found a quarter orc lawyer named gem and they drafted a contract for them.
• After eating Martins lunch after he disappeared Lola rejoined the party in the room at request of Urutru
• Urutru being nervous asked some people to check the back room to make sure no one was there.
• Due to Gaelins keen eyes he spotted a section of the floor that seemed revealed of dust.
• He approached the figure after saying: " someone is here"
• That someone didn't like that and shot at them.
• Combat issued where there were some close calls. the assassin tried to flee at one point but was stopped by Rakina.
• In a desperate move they cut a finger off and recalled to their position and detonated a large force aoe on everyone.
• The assassin also bit down on a cyanide capsule in their mouth
• In a hurried amalgamation of events the party healed the unconscious people and were able to find a cleric to heal the cyanide.
• The party did some damage control as well as Rakina, after deputizing a new member into the investigation group: Keisuke Webron
• They finished the confession of Urutru revealing that he was planning on kidnapping the 2 asshole people in his group so they wouldnt be able to complete their masters
• They also revealed that they did the odd job here and there for Tevon Murdok who was an accomplice in this plan
• He expressed his suspicions about some of the things he had done for Tevon including trapping a mist creature into the butchery at night
• The party arranged for Urutru to stay at the prides perch to keep an eye on him, and also got it permited for him to complete his masters on new years before going to trial
• Then the party prepped a plan to deal with the interrogation of the assassin. and Valentino found a bag....
