Experiment #19: Ragnar

So this is the Doctor's pride and joy... Ragnar is a hulking creature standing between 8 to 9 feet tall. His legs have been warped and bent, giving him the ability to leap large distances. His feet have been altered to resemble those of the birds of Elios or the dragonborn of Caliban, outfitted with wickedly sharp talons that can puncture and kill – especially when paired with the forceful landing of a jump. A large tail swings haphazardly behind him. The tail itself seems to be reinforced with plated bone that protrudes into jagged shards at the end. Where most humanoids would possess one set of arms, the underlying "humanoid template" has been overriden to permit a second pair. The forearms of each arm have been altered with bony shards protruding and taloned fingers perfect for eviscerating challengers. Bone plating has been generating over the spine, granting Ragnar additional armor.

Despite the changes to the body, it is perhaps his face that is the most alarming. If there ever was a recognizable humanoid face, it has been masked completely. A jaw hangs partially unhinged, revealing a split snake-like tongue and rows of razor sharp teeth. Instead of two, four eyes harbor a cold, uncaring nature. They are devoid of all emotions, yet there is the cold of vengeance that hangs heavy in the air as Ragnar approaches.
To the Doctor, Ragnar is the perfect killing machine – the pinnacle of his research. Is that all this monstrosity is? Or perhaps was?
