Ba-Olúl

Ba-Olúl /paː ɔluːl/ was a unique, teal-coloured metal once found in and around Mt. Æjat in central Dragonía, a region in northern Korrei Desert once known as Triiklá. The reason this metal was only found there had to do with the extremely weak flow of magic in the region1, and the fact that what little arcane energy found there was a near-equal mixture of all six magical elements, with the element of Fire being slightly more prominent within Æjat.
Ba-Olúl, along with a silvery metal called aakóor /aːkhouːɔɻ/, was extensively used by the native Brariians for its ability to boost and conduct arcane energy in the form of twisted wires and nodes, collectively known as the Kújet System, which allowed the Brariians to use magic without relying on mages like most other Dragonían cultures do. The most important functions of this system were keeping nurseries at stable temperature throughout the day, and to ensure good harvest each year.
The metal disappeared entirely during the catastrophe which destroyed Triiklá, along with almost all the aakóor, the latter which is now only found in trace amounts in the Korrei Desert.

1In Dragonía, the flow of magic comes from the six elemental world surrounding it, and thus is strongest along the edges of the world, with each element being strongest on the border between its respective world and Dragonía. The flow weakens and the elements become more mixed as one heads closer to Dragonía's center, making the use of magic increasingly more difficult as well.
