Jesse Wright
A teenager on the cusp of young adult, Jesse Wright is a girl with a dream to fly, where is a smaller detail so much as just flying.
Her Father, Wilbur Wright, manages the Yucca Airfield, which is a large often forgotten about Airfield just outside the Pacifica Safe zone, used primarily for medium to large air frames. The Airfield is surrounded by the large often deadly Tijuana Dragon, the massive Iguana species that east large insects and the rapidly growing Cacti, such as the California Dream Yucca. To say this deadly place and deadly profession of pilot makes Wilbur over productive is an understatement.
This has led Jesse Wright to develop as a mechanical protégée as without being able to get a plane she had to resort to secretly building her own out of the scrap and trash of real pilots and mechanics. Additionally, trading favors to get those parts which has led to her to learn a lot about mechanical aviation and other aspects. Armed and trained, she built her own tiny plane she has dubbed the Bronco which she has flown as far as San Francisco harbor in and back.
Naturally her father grounded her, literally, any time he catrches her, leading to her having to sneak as much as she can in an airplane.
Her last time was during the sudden and unplanned rainstorm that happened during the Missing Persons case of The Interdictors. Managing to get to the old Nevada boarder using an old map, Wright's Bronco was shot by a Gauss weapon used by the mysterious organization. Luckily they only killed her engine, and the girl was able to get the plane back to the Yucca air field where The Interdictors saved her and her Bronco from a messy end.
Cassia An quickly made friends with the young girl and helped fix what she could of her plane before swapping contacts. Wright expressed interest in getting a job inside Pacifica, something Cassia was more than happy to pass along.
Which would lead to Wilbur Wright and Jack Curtis meeting. Jesse's has a lot of flight hours making it easy to certify her and as the HEAVY SATURN needs someone with an Aviation License to operate the Sky Crane Osprey for pickup and retrievals, Jesse Wright employment was an easy negation. Wilbur feeling that Jesse is safe in the hands of everyone's uncle, Jack Curtis.
