Astalar Ostarion is the half-brother of Dusk Raizen. He is 50% Dragon, 25% Human, & 25% Unknown. Born on Heidia, he currently travels the world fulfilling vaguely described responsibilities for the Dragonic Empire. Although he has had little involvement in Jumper affairs, he notably joined Isolde's army as a double agent during the Cryergy Crisis.
