The Axe of Fire
The inn is a two-storey half-timbered building, with several stained glass windows. Large monster skulls decorate the inn, inside and out. Accomodations consist of several large rooms with beds and feather mattresses.
Purpose / Function
The Axe of Fire is the only inn in Starleaf Vale. It serves hospitality to travellers, food and drink to villagers and helps with the Order of the Star Leaf's philosophy of never wasting life. When a Hand of the Order of the Star Leaf kills a monster, as much of it as possible is salvaged and brought back to the Vale. Some parts of the beast are harvested by the Order for cures and enchantments, some are used to decorate the inn and the meat of many beasts is served in the common room as part of the "Visitor's Menu."

Alterations
The Axe of Fire has an enchanted meat locker beneath the kitchen area. Chilled by the heart of a White Dragon, the room is where the more exotic cuts of meat from the "Vistors Menu" are stored.
