North Citadel Village

North Citadel Village is an area that sits outside the walls of Deehill. It is the centre of the waront growing industry that surrounds the city. It is also the place where the lowest priced accommodation can be found so the poorest in Deehill can be found here. 
Because of the poverty in this district the harsh taxation policies of Quarion Xiloscient are felt most accutely here and so sentiment against the Barony of Deehill is strongest here.
There is one oddity in this district of simple peasant houses and small farms, The Astral House.

Tourism

The Astral House is a grand, stone-walled theatre that many claim existed before Deehill was settled. Inside the theatre are many "exhibits" which may or may not be real or merely illusions.
