Nikolai Wachter jr
Nikolai jr is the son of Fiona Wachter and Nikolai Sr. As a son Nikolai and his brother Karl have no claim on the Wachter assets. Nikolai and Karl are lay-about drunks who spend most of their time at the taproom in Bluewater Inn or at the Blackwater Tavern drinking away the Wachter assets.
The Wachter boys are womanizers whom rarely return home either passing out in the bar they drank at or finding their way home with a local Vallakian woman who is willing to tolerate them in exchange for a free night of food and drink.
The Wachter boys have a deteriorating relationship with their sister Stella whom they resent as she will obtain all the Wachter holdings when their mother passes while they get nothing.
The party met the Wachter brothers Nikolai and Karl at the Blue Water Tavern their first night in Vallaki.
On their second night in Vallaki the party bested the Wachter boys and Rictavio in a drinking contest. The Wachter boys provided the party with information about their family as a prize for winning the drinking contest.
The party met the Wachter boys a second time in Wachterhaus during the Wachter coup hiding in their rooms soiling themselves. The Wachter boys were cooperative with the party aswering their questions about the situation at the house including questions about their sister Stella and their father Nikolai.
The Wachter boys were fearful of reprisal at the hands of Vargas and Izek due to their mother's actions and genuinely seemed to not want to be a part of the coup.
