Samantha Miller (a.k.a. Vandal)

Samantha "Sammy" Miller (born as Samantha Brown), also known by her super name Vandal, is a U.S. American Super living in Cape St. Joan, Oregon. She is the daughter of famed Rogue duo Consequence and Lutīyā. Following her parents' arrest, she was given into state care under a false identity and was subsequently adopted by Franklin and Bethany Miller.
She is a student at Jim Campbell Middle School in East End.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Samantha is short, with a lithe, unassuming build. Her blonde hair is kept at medium length, with only the bangs being allowed to grow further, ending just clear of her eyes in the front and reaching all the way down to her collarbones on the sides. From behind, she could easily pass as a boy.
Her heart-shaped face and button nose give her a youthful and 'cute' appearance. Her eyes are of blue colour.

Special abilities

Samantha possesses superhuman strength on a level even rarely seen amongst Brute-type supers. As with most Brutes, she also possesses some enhanced toughness, making her pretty much impervious against many forms of blunt damage.
She is also a low-level Thinker with enhanced reaction speed and superhuman reflexes.

Background & Youth

Samantha Brown was born the daughter of famed Rogue duo Consequence and Lutīyā. Though both tried their best to shield her from their career and raised her with love and great care, the two of them were arrested when Samatha was still only a young child.
Having taken precautions against this eventuality, an ally of her parents subsequently provided Samantha with a new identity (keeping her first name intact) and hid her away in an orphanage where she adopted a few years later by a family living in Cape St. Joan, Oregon. She subsequently was given her new parents' last name, Miller.
She awoke to her superpowers at the age of 13, manifesting a Brute (Thinker) type powerset. As of 2023, her powers remain a secret from even her family.

Volume 1: Balance

In March 2023, Samantha became involved in a robbery at a clothing store in Merchant Town while shopping. Donning an improvised costume made from items found in the store, she fought Upgrade and successfully forced her to retreat. Although she was never identified, witnessed or caught on camera, her implied existence soon came to attention on the internet.
She was later tracked down by Parrot, who supplied her contact information to Lucas Cross. After meeting him in person, she agreed to join his to-be-formed team of vigilantes.
