Wand Sheath

Nothing is known of what this is, only that Jeets claimed Ursa had him seek one out.

What we found out was it was used by a strange race of constructs from that realm, we couldn't find it but it seems connected to another item she had us look for. A Wand Sheath, which seemed to be a prosthetic arm which was used by these intelligent constructs to cast magic. We did learn that a tiefling working for the Arcane Order seemed to have those -- but we couldn't find out what happened to him.
