As the halfling territory expanded following the Goblin Wars, a new country was established.
The halflings expanded their territory westward towards Aerey following the Goblin Wars, stretching the halfling political organization a bit more than they liked. A boundary was established between Cymru and the new country of Vannin, with both remaining under the protection of Aerey.
