Plagued by goblin problems to the west, the halflings of Vannin have a more organized set of town guards than they’d really like. The Thain rules for the most part, with the Mayor tending to relations with the elves and trade with the gnomes.

Religion

Like their cousins in Cymru, the halflings of Vannin favor Chauntea and Eldath, with the musically inclined favoring Milil. Some of the northerners in the rainforests favor Mielikki.
They do not have any temples, and only a handful of small shrines: most religious halflings prefer to maintain altars in their homes.
