Primarily populated by elves, Ingen is also home to a fair number of hobbits.

A significant trading port, Ingen sees traders primarily from the Eastern Kingdoms.

Architecture

Most of the city is built up in the tall mangroves, with an elaborate system of pulleys to haul goods. The docks are built right into the roots of the mangroves.
