Helen Johansen

Helen Johansen is the Secretary for Royal Affairs in The King's Council of Sudland. Prior to being named Secretary, she was the Chief Escort of the Royal Escorts of the Southern Star. She is a close confidant and friend of Queen Tatsu Tachibana Larssen and is even trusted by Dowager Queen Tamiko Tachibana-Larssen. As Secretary for Royal Affairs, the Tachibana-Larssen Royal Guards, including the Royal Escorts of the Southern Star, and the Royal and Noble Attendants of the Southern Star report to her. Being so close to the Royal Family of the Kingdom of Sudland occasionally puts her in conflict with other Secretaries, especially the Secretary of the Military, Sir Thore Hanssen, and the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Maria Nilssen. She works closely and gets along well with the Secretary of Public and Royal Works, William Tellford. Her brother, Sir Asmund Johansen, manages Southport Mercantile Bank for the Royal Family.
