William Tellford

William Tellford is the Secretary and Chief Engineer of Public and Royal Works in Sudland. He works regularly with the Bridge Keepers and Ferrymen's Guild on bridgeworks, dikes, and levees throughout the country. He also directs the workers and supervisors of the Public and Royal Works department on building and maintaining roads, dams, wells, and other public works. His department also designs, builds, and maintains the castles and other fortifications of the cities and towns of Sudland, working with the ruling dukes of Azmakoku, Niskoku, and Sudkoku. In addition, the head of the Royal Sudland Company of Canine Couriers reports to him.
