Jiro Kawara
Kawara was an officer in Tokyo Division 4.
In 1980, he was a witness to the Jingweon Massacre, and rescued Suyeon Jung and the infant Goda Ryuji.
He and Suyeong fell in love and had a child, Sayama Kaoru, but Suyeong was murdered by Terada Yukio, and Kawara was forced to give his children up for adoption to protect them. After this, he swore revenge on the Jingweon Mafia.
