Taiseer ta-Reza

Taiseer is a deckhand on The Flaming Serpent. He is of Telmatran descent, and his family owns a large stockyard of various animals to the north of Asayahbat in the canyons near the Salted Plateau. It was revealed to Barb that Taiseer does illegal activities on the side including fixing races that his family hosts for gambling purposes. His family seems generally unaware.
