Oliver Vellsport
Oliver Vellsport is the acting manager of Gideon's . He is the mentor of Qadim U-Kathiib who works alongside him in firearm manufacturing, tinkering, and construction of oddities. Oliver originally hails from Trentsmund but has adjusted to life in the desert of Qur-Dolakh over the past year. With an exception to the heat - which he detests. He is a laid back individual but very entrenched in his work, as it is his passion.
He is old friends with Vincent Gifford. Their relationship is one where Vincent usually approaches Oliver with help on a crafting certain projects for his studies and exploration with The Sounding. This has happened a few times over the years.
Oliver has recently been asked by Vincent to have himself, and Qadim craft a very peculiar mechanical device. It was seen as a rush job with a high payout. The plans themselves described a circular metal structure with foot pedals on four sides. The entirety of it expanding about 20 feet in diameter. The center contained a pedestal that was connected to spinning rigs that would move faster and faster in position as the foot pedals were pumped. The job was accepted, and Qadim and Oliver began work on it immediately.
He prides himself on looking out for the good name of Gideon's and usually only taking reputable contracts. Recently Gideon has sent letters indicating a large shipment of firearms is to be prepared due to an unknown conflict that was mentioned in the letters. Oliver wants to meet the deadline, but is hesitant about arming one side of an ongoing conflict.
