Walter Cunningham

Sub-Director Walter Alfred Cunningham (a.k.a. Old Bedsheets)

The current head of Section 13's Far East Section, Cunningham is a man who resents his position and takes it out on his subordinates.  
Placed there after several botched operations and expeditions in a row, he knows what his superiors think of him, and does everything in his power to change that perception. Usually taking the form of prim and proper inspections and expectations, like expecting the sheets on a freshly made bed to be tight enough to bounce a coin on them. A worst case scenario for any new recruit unfortunate enough to be sent out 
Formerly of the British military, and a trained officer, he thought his best bet for advancement among the officers of the army was to join the newly minted Section 13. He spent about fifteen years middling within the ranks before being given a a few operations which all quickly went sideways. Another five passed with him getting various opportunities, each squandered in turn. Finally he was kicked to the east where he remains.
