Dreamwalk is a colorful and powerful nation that was founded by adventurers.
Structure
The nation is lead by a council of Immortals and powerful dali that each also rule a certain part of government (such as military, agriculture, education...etc.). The structure underneath the Dreamwalker Council is similar to most modern governments, although the capital certainly does hold more weight than the rest of the settlements.
