Even though it's a standard government the influence of the Druidic Circle of the Crystal Pillar is felt all across the government.

A marble wall, waters, and Réskehol surrounds the settlement.
Districts
The districts are circular, forming around the World Pillar like the orbits of planets around the sun.
The Crystal Circle - the innermost circle where the World Pillar itself, the palace, and many more important things can be found.
The Settler's Circle - housing district.
The Outermost Circle - the district between the walls or waters surrounding Dali'ra, and The Settler's Circle. It's usually a place for guilds, markets, and Guards.
History
Dali'ra was the first settlement on the Surface - at least the first that managed to remain. Its success is accredited towards the World Pillar the settlement was built around, a constant source of magic to the Crystalguards that managed to keep the settlement's shield active and protect it from various monsters.
The Druidic Circle of the Crystal Pillar has offered the World Pillar (and thus the settlement) their protection during the Dali'ra coalition war.
