Phakhe+ (paK-esh)
This great vessel was constructed by three major organizations in the world:
Church of Earth by the dwarves
NEGHUCO by the gnomes
Grastion the human royal family in the region of the same name.
The idea behind this work, at first, was to have an exploration vessel for the coast of the new discovered continent, with the time that took create the vessel and some new disvoeries: Lumina material and the vapor engine used in the Steel SeaHorse vehicle the purpose of this extends almost at the same rate than it's dimensions
The boat became unique mix of both experimental echnologies and then the new purpose for the vehicle arrives: As a reserch/explore floting academy for those who pursue an academic grade in the following carrears:
For humans, gnomes and dwarven students alike.
The firts two trips were a success with the help of the Church of the Earth as part of the crew but was very expensive: materials and equip manteninance for the students; crew salaries in a long period of time, 6 months travel and other cost involved.
A third semester is about to begin but this time a modification to one deck was make to acomodate some rich human and dwarven families for "a time off" and collect revenue to mantain this idea.

Power Generation
The boat has an experimental vapor engine that is only used in certain conditions of the travel.
Propulsion
The boat has 3 ways of propulsion, almost all the time are combined.
Thank to the Church of Earth using divine magic, they use the natural oceans or wind currents to propel the vessel.
Only in the extreme cold of the north the vessel uses the experimental vapor engine that has in case only of need to break ice. This engine and the special Lumina cover the boat has make easy to travel in the north within the ice.

Armor and defense
The exterior and a lot of the interior of the boat has a lumina cover that makes the objetc strong against impacts, impervious to fire and acid.

By usign divine magic some of the officers and crew memebers have contact with the correspoding autorities by region
