his ideallic hunting lodge turned small fortress resides on the western shores of Lake Lumelor. Once belonging to a yeoman and his family who tended to the isle of Ban Elsir before the existence of the Dawning Empire, it has since been bought and developed by House Dione, one of the more prominent noble families of Hope, the city of Dawn.
The "farm" (named so almost ironically now) serves as the primary accomodations for those travelling from the capital to the fortifications at The Maw.
With its clientele very frequently being knights, such as those of the Eclipse and Dawn orders, as well as mercenaries, soldiers and adventurers, this accomodation has become one of the prime spots for information trading about the monsters that roam and terrorize Daënfel.
Bounties are often posted on the noticeboards outside the farmstead's tavern, with sizeable rewards for those few who can successfully brave and vanquish the largest threats to inhabit the continent.
Hunting bounties and comissions that have been contracted from the Rowan Farmstead are always sealed and stamped with the iconography of the boar - House Dione's crest.
