Limit

Limit is one of Lilly Bai's lieutenant onboard Galileo - O'Neil 2. He is passionate to see the highrider's situation onboard the colony changed. He has voiced that a rebellion is required to acheive this. A few members of the Drain Pipa are viewing him as Lilly's replacement if she doesn't start making her presence known.
