Izek Strazni

Izek Strazni is a large human man who is not entirely human, as his right arm is a fiendish mass of barbs and pincers. Hefting his large battleaxe in one arm and his fiendish arm producing all manners of fire, Izek would be a terrifying individual even if he had a pleasant demeanor. He is not pleasant. Quick to anger and relentless in his pursuit, Izek makes the perfect enforcer for Baron Vargas Vallakovich, burgomaster of Vallaki. Speak out against the baron? Izek is there. Mock the festivals? Izek is there. Not happy enough for the baron? Izek is there. Izek is there to throw these heinous criminals in the stocks or the dungeons and in the cases of the most severe miscreants, throw the offending individual out of town where they are sure to meet a quick, dismal, and lonely end amidst the dangers of the Barovian wilderness.
The party personally witnessed Izek hone in on a man named Fyodor who was complaining a little too loudly about the festivals and show him the mercy of a week in the stocks. Izek
Not much is known about Izek, but the party has uncovered a curiosity from a pair of young girls. They held a doll that looked just like Ireena Kolyana  and the words "Is no fun? Is no Blinksy!" on hit. Seeing this the party went to visit the shop it came from. After interrogating the owner, the party learned that Izek has been visiting the toymaker Gadof Blinksy and encouraging him to make dolls in Ireena's likeness for him in exchange for the shop being allowed to continue existing. This understandably creeps the party out. Why is Izek doing this and how does he know Ireena?

Mercy? How does five days in the stocks sound? How about a week? That sounds merciful to me!
