Eleanor Peabody Charity Home - 174 S Powder Mill St

This is a charity home for the destitute elderly, funded by the late Eleanor Peabody's estate.   Alice Spencer lives in the Eleanor Peabody Charity Home, as she was unable to support herself after her husband died, and she hasn’t seen any of her children in years. Though her mind can wander sometimes, she can still tell stories about her husband, who was a fisherman based in Blaine's Port. One day his ship ventured south to the waters around Sethwich and was lost with all hands. It’s thought it must have hit a reef, as the weather wasn’t bad, but Alice, when pressed, will say it was because of the Sethwichers.
