Dragon City Rubicalex

Dragon City Rubicalex is the Capitol World-City of Crystal King Humbata's realm in the Prime Materium, both bearing the same name. The city itself as mighty and majestic as the dragons that inhabitate it alongside primarily humans and dragonborn. Massive spires rise up through the clouds giving an unrivaled view of the horizon in every direction. Walls of adamantine and hidden technomagical guns wait to stop the foe and spew death upon them. Every day millions to billions of beings come and go for as many reasons and each one is observed by eyes devoted to King and Country. Regardless of race, the true inhabitants of Rubicalex all faithfully follow the Dragon King Humbata.

History

Like the other Kingly cities, Rubicalex began long ago in the World-That-Was.  Originally it existed as one of the Ctiy-States ruled by its founding diety.   One of the effects of the Fiendish corruption of the Great Crystals came to be called the sundering, as it cause the World-That-Was to break into four parts. The gods, fiends, and other supernatural beings in Roth'Eld'Wor, the connecting transitive Ethereal and Astral plains,  and the Mortal Prime Materium.  In there World-That-Was, there was only one planet, a single never ending earth.  The Sunding crumbled the physical world, the largest chunks becoming planets and asteroids.  Like the other Kingly cities, Rubicalex grew to cover the planet as an ecumenopolis towards the end of the Age of Chaos.
