Halfling culture depends on where a group of halflings are situated. There are two main groups of halfling cultures: Dunren halflings and Cresterian halflings. These two groups can be divided down into further subsections, however these smaller groups do generally reflect off of the values of their corresponding larger groups.
Dunren halflings are halflings that originate or have grown to live in the UHSD archipelago. They have much more traditional halfling names and views. They all live in close-knit communities and the majority of them work in the fields, kitchens or any other area of food-related work. However, the Cresetrian halflings differ greatly from their counterparts in Dunreen. These halflings have adapted much more to the way of life in Cresteria. They act much more like their human neighbours and have bent their lives and work around the newly growing industries surrounding the Republic. Cresterian halflings like to view that they are very different to the more traditional members of their species, that they have reformed to fit the new way of life under the rule of the Guildmaster council.
