Citadel

Source of the Covenants military might. Each are fully automated, though it is unclear how they are operated. They seem to be able to produce an endless amount of military hardware, automatons, and firepower. They are also able to construct, with significant effort, factories which can do the same using any bulk matter.
The Citadels only weakness seems to be their relative lack of speed, they can only achieve a maximum speed of 50km/h and it requires time to accelerate to this speed due to the mass of the Citadel. They are able to leave the atmosphere, though such an operation would take a considerable amount of time.
