Grand Druid
I, Veldar, do hereby challenge Grand Druid (name) for the rank and title of Grand Druid. By the founder's rules and regulations, this is not an action I take lightly. I feel the leadership you once provided is no longer relevant. I have been watching your mind slipping away over the last year. The title of Grand Druid, or High Druid as it is also known, is special in that it must be earned. There are only two ways in which it can be earned, one is challenging the current High Druid, the second is to be voted into the position by the other Master Druids when the current Grand Druid passes away. Though the challenge is to the death it does not trigger the second method for the challenger would have already proved his worthiness for the title.
Qualifications
Before attaining the rank of Grand Druid, you must first attain the rank of journeyman within the druid order. This means a journeyman is permitted to challenge the grand druid for the rank, though this is normally a foolhardy choice.

Master being voted in by his peers when the current grand druid passes away of natural causes.

Upon attaining the rank of Grand Druid, the collected Masters swear allegiance and offer gifts.
