Marria kar Asador, Baroness of Asador – A Corgerian woman and heir to an old noble family. After serving with the Alyite Order for twenty years, Marria inherited the Barony from her father who died after being thrown from a horse. Marria is a tall woman with hawk like features and thick brown hair usually worn in a thick braid. She is a skilled horse archer and experienced leader of light cavalry. Somewhat humorless and laconic she takes or role as Baroness very seriously and endeavors to be a better ruler than is typical of Wallenlinian Barons. She is married to Armes kar Elvar, the second son of another Wallenlinian Baron and they have three children, all in their teens or early adulthood. Marria is currently very worried about the neighboring Barony of Ules. On one hand she had worked successfully with the Baron of Ules to stop raids by forest tribes and suppress banditry. On the other she is very concerned both the growth of the Cult of the Living Idol. She has written repeatedly to both the Order of the Diamond and the Alyite Order to express her concerns about the Cult as well as provide intelligence.

As a teenager she joined the Alyite Order and did not lay eyes on her home Barony for two decades. After the death of both her older brother and father she left active service with the Order and returned home to rule the Barony. She did this out of a sense of duty rather than an desire to rule.
