The Mutiny Code

The six laws that bind all who live within The Mutiny

Purpose

The Mutiny Code was a set of six laws laid down by the first Anchor King and the first Seven Sea Emperors to provide a loose structure for pirates to operate in while still retaining their treasured freedom and individuality. It was meant to bind them together and form the basis for a loose nation where they could all be free.

Historical Details

Background

After several great pirate wars between the pirate crews of the World's End Ocean and elsewhere, eight of the strongest pirate crews banded together to form the basis for a nation they could call their own, to give them some stability and a place to call home during their pirating and journeying.

The Mutiny Code

1. Do not commit acts of piracy or attack upon other members of The Mutiny while upon the High Seas.


2. Do not commit acts of violence or theft while in Lockanchor or any of The Mutiny's ports of call.


3. The Anchor King/Queen shall be sole arbitrator of all disputes and matters of lawbreaking between one or more members of The Mutiny.


4. A fee of 20% shall be taken from the earnings or plunder gained since last docked in The Mutiny, taken from all who dock in The Mutiny upon their arrival.


5. In exchange for a percentage of their earnings, all ships aligned to The Mutiny shall have maintenance, resupply, and repairs made available to them at no cost each time they come to port.


6. The trading and selling of all goods, no matter how illicit, shall be allowed and encouraged within The Mutiny.
