Physical Description
General Physical Condition
As an Angelic being and now a Goddess, Sahariel possesses divine health, stamina, strength, and power. Her body, even moreso as an Angel, is the divine image of beauty and perfection, pure beyond measure, and in incredibly shape. She is muscular and fit while still being beautiful, and thanks to her nature as a Goddess she is immune to all forms of damage and cannot be injured or harmed by any mortal means.
Body Features
Her skin is akin to shining silver, as if she were a metal statue carved from a solid silver mass...though she sometimes wills her skin to become a more mortal coloration to soothe her flock. Her hair shines like gleaming bronze or ginger as well, as if carved as solid strange of gold.
Even more notable are her six shining, beautifully white-feathered wings...symbol of her former status as a Solar, they are fluffy and beautiful, each feather shining with a gentle golden light that calms and reassures.

Her face is beautiful and well-proportioned, and her skin is flawless and without blemish.
Identifying Characteristics
Her shining silver skin and bronze-auburn hair set her apart from almost every other creature, and her divine aura, unnatural size, and beautiful appearance make her utterly unable to be missed and wholly unique.
Even more notable are her six shining, beautifully white-feathered wings...symbol of her former status as a Solar, they are fluffy and beautiful, each feather shining with a gentle golden light that calms and reassures.
Physical quirks
With her massive feathery wings, she tends to wrap them around herself like a giant feather cloak when she needs to conserve space, otherwise she extends them fully and lets them breathe.
Special abilities
She has all the divine magical spellcasting afforded to a Solar as one of the most powerful and capable clerics in existence, as well as the ability to summon deadly slaying arrows from scratch when using her Longbow...not to mention, the natural abilities and resistances afforded to Angels.
Otherwise, as a Goddess, she has the gift of divine charisma, whose words are so potently charming and commanding that mortals and even outsiders are wont to become enthralled by her words, gleefully accepting them as she commands them with her words like puppets, though she rarely uses and in fact dislikes using this power to control others if it can be avoided.
And finally, she is easily twice as tall as other Solars, towering over normal mortals a gleaming golden Goddess, and as a Goddess she is divine strong and agile and durable...as well as immune to all harm. Had she the inclination, she is so strong she could tear a Pit Fiend in half with her bear hands, fend off the whip of a Balor with her bare skin, and dodge an arrow fired from an Empyreal Lord before it could harm her.
Apparel & Accessories
When she is not required to wear her armor and wield her weapons or specialized gear, she generally wears a loose-fitting white Chiton as well as gorgeous angelic earrings, rings, and a necklace each gifted to her by prospective suitors and thankful creatures wishing to pay her tribute, each of which were carved from platinum and inlaid with the finest diamonds and most valuable gemstones.
Specialized Equipment
When she strides into battle or is required to don her full panoply of battle gear for formal occasions or otherwise, she wears full body shining golden plate armor crafted for her by the finest smiths in all of Heaven and wields both a massive and deadly Greatsword as well as a lethal composite longbow crafted by the same legendary smiths, each of which are artifact level weapons in their own right capable of felling heroes with a single blow.

Lead the armies of Heaven to countless victories over the forces of Hell, Abbadon, and the Abyss in hundreds of campaigns across the eons.
Lead the mortals of the Material Plane in the campaign to stop the ascension of Akhenaten the Endless Pharaoh and the completion of the Ritual of Neheb during the Age of Barbarity.
Ascended to Godhood following the defeat of Akhenaten and founded the city of Sahar on the Material Plane, to serve as a safe haven for Outsiders and Mortals alike.

The dozens of her hundreds of campaigns against the forces of evil which failed to achieve their objective.
She sees each failure to redeem an evil or misguided soul as a personal failure of hers both as an Angel and as a Goddess.
Morality & Philosophy
She is a believer of the notion that every creature, no matter who or what they are, is deserving of a second chance and a chance at redemption. Even a Balor or Pit Fiend should be given a chance to repent their sins and be brought into the light...and this chance should be given truthfully, in good faith, and attempted with all of one's effort.
Despite this, she is merciless to those who prove unable to be redeemed after being given that chance, seeing them as no more than trash to be disposed of.
Though she believes in absolute good and justice, she recognizes that morality and alignments are not truly ever black and white, and believes that one should judge others through their actions, and deeds, rather than their natures or beliefs.

Is pitiless and without mercy to those creatures who prove unable to be redeemed or who refuse redemption, once given the chance to be redeemed in good faith and full willingness to help. If allowed and not refused or defied, she will often become incredibly controlling and take command of every aspect of her follower's lives(Though her commands and control is superb and objectively worthwhile, it stifles the freedom of her followers).

She is very physical with those she speaks to, and often touches, hugs, or embraces those she talks to if she thinks they need it. She often embraces them in her many wings to comfort them, and otherwise touches and caresses those she meets quite often, with little regard to their personal space.

As a former Solar and now Goddess, her body is not capable of becoming unclean or dirty. She is immaculate and antithesis to dirt, grime, or poor hygiene. Where she walks and trods, nothing but purity and cleanliness follows.

Contacts & Relations
As she was once one of the foremost Angelic Generals in service to the armies of Heaven, she commands a great deal respect in the good-aligned outer planes, and conversely commands a great deal of fear and terror in the evil-aligned outer planes. She has contacts and relations with many angels, archons, azatas, and even some Empyreal Lords...many of whom she has served beside during her campaigns as one of Heaven's Generals. Almost all outsiders know of The Unifier, both as a gentle soul who would gladly accept even a Pit Fiend who sought redemption and as a terrifying executioner of evil.
On the Material Plane, she has fewer contacts among the mortals there due to the isolated nature of Sahar and its nature as a planar waystation for Outsiders, but her following is steadily growing among the mortals of the Material Plane as a faith for those who seek careful and gentle guidance in their lives. Many mortals have heard her name, but she remains mostly a minor faith for now.
Tamamo-No-Mae despises her, and constantly seeks to find her city of Sahar, hidden by Sahariel's divine power, and destroy it as it lies within the World Spine Mountains in the Eastern Imperium...a fact which Tamamo-No-Mae sees as an affront to her and her nation.

As an angel, she has no true blood-related family such as parents or brothers or sisters, and while she considers all outsiders and mortals her family she has not yet sired a child with a mortal to produce a true 'child' of her own.
Religious Views
She believes utterly and completely in the mission of Heaven, and of good. She believes in her own tenets and ideals above all, but also sees all good-aligned outsiders as figures worthy of mortal faith and veneration...and though she may induct mortals she meets into her own faith, she does not hide her love and faith in the ideals of the Good-Aligned Planes.

Possessing the supernatural charisma afforded only to Angelic beings, Sahariel is overwhelmingly beautiful and charismatic, possessing a gentle, kindhearted demeanor that never sees her raise her voice or vocalize anything but love or admonishment for others. She is infinitely patient, and though her own Ego is naturally quite large and she sees herself as a mighty shepherd even among other Celestials that mortals should naturally pay obeisance and respect to and obey as a greater and more holy being, she does not flaunt her nature, and remains humble before others while downplaying her natural and factual superiority over others.

She is very still when she speaks, opposite to most 'animated' speakers. She smiles and uses facial expressions at most when talking to convey what she's feeling or saying, but she rarely gestures while talking.
Speech
As a Solar, one of the most mighty angels, Sahariel's voice is a strong, commanding voice that is impossible to ignore. Her voice is rich, beautiful, melodic, baritone, and layered as if an entire divine choir spoke in angelic harmony with each word she speaks...her voice is smooth and gentle enough that it can often ease even the most troubled of hearts, calm the most enraged souls, and can even wrap up others who hear her in its melodic tones, easing their minds and relaxing their bodies to better receive her teachings.
So alluring is her voice, so divinely charismatic, that commands or simple statements can, if she wishes it, be a divine command to those who hear it and force them against their will to do as she says. Amazingly, when she does so, it is spoken of that her target will not even come to hate her control over them...they welcome her command gladly, and happily embrace her words as the absolute truth until such a time as she sees fit to return their free will back to them. This near-brainwashing persuasion is attributed to the natural charisma of Solars that has been bolstered and augmented by her ascension to Godhood in such a way that it mutated and became a terrifyingly powerful ability fitting for her new divine might.
Used for evil, this ability to nearly control the minds and bodies of those who hear her words could be deadly, but she uses it for naught but good and often avoids its usage unless it is required of her.
Wealth & Financial state
As a former Angel and General of the armies of Heaven, she has not traditionally had much personal wealth aside from her incredibly powerful artifact-level equipment she wears into battle and for protection.
After her ascension to Godhood and her subsequent founding of the city of Sahar, mortals and outsiders alike have taken to the practice of giving her tribute of all kinds as thanks for her eternal protection and her founding of Sahar. Having dozens of gifts laid at her feet as thanks and tribute, she has accumulated a massive and legendary hoard of amazing gifts, though she kindly downplays the size of her personal wealth and is not commonly seen using it...that has not stopped her faithful, prospective faithful, and those thankful to her from laying all manner of lavish gifts at her feet.
When she does deign to spend her personal wealth or use items from her personal treasury, she does so to protect others, help another creature, or buy or purchase something that would aid in the protection of her flock. She also commonly gives out the more item-focused possessions she has such as Weapons or Armor to her faithful as rewards for pleasing her, or serving her well.
