General Physical Condition
Despite his age, Baron Weiss is a surprisingly ferocious man whose body has remained in its prime or near enough that he can fight almost as well as he could back when he was a soldier. He is fit yet aging, and though his body has begun to grow infirm he is still a mountain of a man whose body has been tempered in the crucible of war.

When not in combat, Baron Weiss's armor was capable of transforming into more comfortable attire such as elegant vests and noble clothes. Despite his wealth, he rarely wore jewelry aside from a ring to signify his marriage, and a simple chain necklace.

As a soldier and General, he wore an unfathomably rare suit of NEMEAN Metal full plate mail and a mighty Tower Shield. This equipment is what earned him his nickname, 'Iron Wall Weiss', due to his unflappable defensive prowess.

Employment
For many years, Baron Weiss served in Draconia's Military as a Force Commander and Unit Leader during the wars against the Orc hordes as they invaded Draconia. He served as a soldier for decades across half a dozen theaters of war and in as many campaigns, and once he began to age he chose to retire from his life of Soldiery due to the death of his father and take up the mantle of ruling the Weiss estate.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Due to his accomplishments during his life as a soldier, Baron Weiss was awarded with the Dragonic Emblem, the highest military honor a Draconian Soldier can receive. He was instrumental in the Battle of Bulgaen Valley in the last war against the Orc hordes, and saved the lives of thousands with his acts of valor and bravery.
Morality & Philosophy
He strongly believes in 'Good done regardless of means', and believes the people of one's land should be put first no matter what. On this quest for good, he holds no qualms of breaking the law, bending it to his whims, or even obeying it, if it means accomplishing some greater good or tangible thing.

History
Two soldiers at heart who met on the battlefield, Baron Weiss and King Julian became fast friends after shared experience in the crucible of war. To King Julius, Baron Weiss's brutal honesty and lack of talent for politics made him the perfect friend, and one of his rare friends who he could truly call such, and not one simply out to befriend him for his title. The two were thick as thieves before King Julian's death, and often enjoyed each other's company away from the prying eyes of nobility. However, due to their respective positions, they unfortunately had to hide how truly close they were...especially for King Julian, who could scarcely afford to allow others to know who his true friends or allies were, lest his enemies take advantage of them against him...and Weiss could nary do the same, lest other Nobles think the King was showing favoritism towards his close friends.

He is quiet affluent due to his status as a Baron and his significant land holdings, and he spends most of his money re-investing in his lands to better the lives of himself, his workers, and those who dwell within his domain. He also spends quite a bit on drinking and supporting local taverns.
