Arguably the most famous and recognizable man in the Coralous Union, Pavus Datsyuk wears two hats in his life of celebrity: one as a member of the Nettle Lake Council, and another as a wandering “man of the people.” As one of the most senior councilmen in Nettle Lake, Pavus wields considerable influence on the policies of the trade capital of the Union, but his calling as a follower of Desna usually finds him on the road, not in the council chambers. As the beloved “Bard of Coralous,” he wanders from place to place, spreading joy and entertainment around the Union; trading goods, exchanging rumors, and putting on flashy performances of song and stage. His propensity to spruce up his acts with illusions and acts of legerdemain has earned him the nickname “The Magic Man,” and his shows are the delight of people of all ages.
