Northern Pine Circle
A friendly circle to the north of Zettersberg, the druids have made a pact to defend the locals in exchange for the ability to regulate the hunting and lumbering that takes place in their lands. The druids of the Northern Pine Circle allow the people of the Union to traverse and harvest resources from the local forest, with the exception of entry into the circle's sacred grove. The location of the grove is a closely held secret, known to only a small handful of people from Zettersberg, and open only to members of the circle, or other circles on druidic business. Every season, the circle reviews the impact of the local Union citizens on the forest and dictates new areas and limitations for lumbering and hunting.
Structure
As with most druid circles, the Great Druid presides over the Circle, dictating the interests and activities of the members through the three archdruids. While the position of Great Druid is held for life, the three archdruids may be challenged each spring equinox for their rank in the Circle.
Public Agenda
The druids of the Northern Pine Circle are concerned, first and foremost, with the well-being of the natural lands around them. As such, they stand with those who honor the woodlands, and against those that would despoil them.
