Kul'ssin Draconic

A dialect of Draconic spoken by the denizens of Kul'ssin, also known as Coralous Island. While each species has its own distinct take on the language, the sheer numbers of lizardfolk speakers on the island have skewed the local dialects towards drawn out "s" sounds punctuated by hard consonants. As usual, the absence of lips on most reptilian creatures has made the use of "p" and "b" plosive sounds, as well as "m" sounds, all but impossible, hence their absence from the language.
