Toothless Bridge

On the South Eastern coast of Chuck'Ruani is a massive forty foot wide bridge that stretches for nearly a quarter mile out to sea. 
Built from a grey stone only found in the Pride Mountains, thousands of miles away. The stone has a golden shimmer too it and is usually used for small stonework jewellery.
Wielders of Divination have tried to see the past of the bridge, discover the origins of its making but have always come up empty. 
At the end of it, it just finishes, as if the builders ran our of materials. There are no standing pillars beneath it holding it up and by all the engineering minds of Colossus none know how it remains.
No magic has been detected, no items of power used in it creation. It is a true mystery to those that know of it. 
Those of faith treat it as a pilgrimage of sorts, to walk the quarter mile and leap into the waters. To be cleansed, welcomed, claimed in some cases. 
Rituals and traditions themed around birth and death are performed upon it. Armies have stood upon it for nothing more than a test of its strength. Not even a groan was heard.
All along it are circles of raised stone which led to the story that the bridge is the jaw bone of a titanic stone giant that died and rests between worlds. 
The circles of raised stone said to be the remains of loosing its teeth, akin to holes in the gum. Many believe this theory and have come to build hamlets about the start of the bridge.
Those of Chuck'Ruani leave it alone, seeing it as a thing from a making not of their own. Whatever brought it from the Pride Mountains was not to be trusted.
