Prompt 1: Forge Masters
The Forge Masters are an organization that dates its original creation by the servants of the Great Builder. Being originally an organization that existed within the Volzian race. They would pass on the mantle to select humans from the tribes who would use their knowledge to chart a future for their people. Having a hand in the founding of the city of Salire. They would take part in majority of the advancements the people would make. Mastering the relics of the Lazari and the Volzian to create a brighter future. They designed the expansions to the elemental generator, designed the first factories and laid out the designs for the cities development.
They mostly worked in the shadows, manipulating the development of the city. Each member having their own goals and methods to forging a brighter future. They tend to have influence even over the Nobles of Salire who go to them for their knowledge on advancing the city. Some even having investments in companies that operate within the city.
Structure
They are a small group made up of knowledgeable and influential individuals. There are three major ranks in the organization. Forefathers, Masters, and Apprentices.
Forefathers are previous masters who have retired from the core operations of the group. They tend to stay out of the limelight and keep out of the way of the current masters. Sometimes they may be contacted for their knowledge or any connections that they may have to aid the group.
Masters are the main members who operate to further their goals and advancement of the people of Salire. Doing all they can to build the future they envision. They May butt heads with each other, though they would never openly work against each other as is the rules of the group.
Apprentices serve the masters and handle the true work at times. If they can prove themselves they may earn the title of master. Those who don't may be dealt with for their failure and their knowledge in knowing the group. Many apprentices may never know of the group as it is safer encase they don't cut it. Those who do risk everything to prove themselves worthy.
History
The forge masters have existed since the time of the Lazari. A group of individuals who answered to the the Great Builder and served under her. They were tasked with developing and maintaining the technology created for the Lazari. During the fall the group chose to maintain their purpose by safeguarding the creations of their master along with taking their ideal in creating a brighter future through technology.
Majority of the forge masters were of the Volzian with some being human, and decedent races. It was rare back then for any to be of the beast clans as they were bred more for war.
