Taking of The Golden City

Military action

1A 5492-5496

King Ebenwald Lysandus and his armies marched into the Golden City to create the new city of Ebenwald and form it as the new capitol of the Kingdom of Lysandus.

With a sprawling economy, the Golden City became a prime target to King Ebenwald Lysandus when he was seeking to expand human power. Inspired by visions from Amagus, Lysandus built up forces from the neighboring barbaric tribes of Gothai. He formed a large garrison of men to take on the technological prowess of the Dwarven walls.   Months of warfare finally managed to make the walls crumble, and King Lysandus led his troops into the city, taking the Dwarven King, Edmur Bolderun. Edmur surrendered, and Lysandus turned the city into his new capitol, which he named after himself. Ebenwald it was named hence forth.
