Brandon Tront

Brandon Tront is a Dragtonian nobleman and the current High King of Dragton. He assumed the throne following the death of his father. Brandon was groomed from a young age to take on the responsibilities of ruling, receiving royal education and training. In his early years, Brandon was the only child in the royal house and enjoyed the undivided attention of his father and royal tutors. However, when Brandon turned ten, his mother gave birth to twin girls, Kaitlyn and Khloe. Tragically, his mother passed away due to complications from the delivery. This loss deeply affected Brandon and his father, but they eventually found solace in the presence of the new princesses. Brandon's uncle, Edmiré Séguier, had a particularly difficult time coping with Queen Mira's death and held a grudge against High King Samuel, vowing revenge.
On his eighteenth birthday, Brandon secretly began training with the Knight-Commander of the Dragon Knights, Richard Campbell. He displayed impressive skills and Commander Campbell praised him as a natural with a sword. Although Brandon's father initially disapproved of his son following the path of a soldier, he understood Brandon's deep desire to fight for his country. As a gesture of support, High King Samuel entrusted Brandon with the guardianship of Erulissë, a powerful weapon. However, Brandon had to undergo the 'Trials of Earth' to activate its dormant powers. Two years later, Brandon found himself involved in the investigation of Knight-Commander Richard Campbell's death. Foul play was suspected, but the new Knight-Commander, Chris Redwood, abruptly halted the investigation and took violent actions against the bandits allegedly responsible. While Brandon had suspicions about Commander Redwood's involvement in the death of his predecessor, he couldn't gather sufficient evidence.
By his twenty-fourth birthday, High King Samuel decided that Brandon needed a suitable bride and arranged a gathering of noble ladies and princesses from the kingdom. However, none of the women appealed to Brandon until he spotted Jamie Darell, the daughter of a baker, outside the castle gates struggling with bags of flour. Their encounter marked the beginning of a deep and instant connection. Despite the opposition from his father, Brandon declared Jamie as his chosen one. However, High King Samuel vehemently opposed their union until his last breath. On Augustis 3, 1235, High King Samuel passed away, leaving Brandon with the immense responsibility of ruling Dragton.
Later that year, after attending an Alliance Summit in the Nomadic City-State of Farhold, Brandon journeyed to Iiauskana with Lady Queen Tava Avácsh and helped her retake the City of Avalon from her felon elder brother, Ellisar. In the battle against two undead former elven lord kings, Brandon lost his legendary Battleaxe of Earth, Erulissë, and suffered an injury to his left eye. Brandon Tront's journey to became High King of Dragton is marked by personal loss, secret training, and unexpected alliances. Despite the challenges he faced, Brandon's determination and love for his country guided his actions, positioning him as a formidable leader in the face of impending threats.
