General Physical Condition
Catherine is in good shape. She eats well and regularly trains to maintain a shape she’s comfortable with. She also cares very much about her health because of some health problems (mostly mental health from her father’s side) that she doesn’t want to develop.
Body Features
Though it took time, Catherine has developed into a beautiful woman. She has a decent set of curves and often hides it beneath armor so she can be taken seriously. No one questions her on the matter.
Facial Features
Striking eyes that are always lined with just a little bit of make up that she often smudges just for the effect. Catherine has full lips and a small nose but very femininely shaped facial structure.

Her eyes are probably the most striking thing about her.

She carries herself with so much grace. Her chin is always up and her shoulders are always back. She walks like a lady.

Two wonderfully enhanced elemental magic proficiencies. She also has a pretty decent skill with a bow. She mixes the two together.

When at home she wears primarily long dresses in expensive fabrics of colors that do-good things for her skin tone. When she’s training however, she’s in much more comfortable clothes (that she seems to prefer) that are mostly pants and tunics.

A bow that is magically enchanted to take and cooperate with her elemental magic and not suffer ill effects.

Personal history
Born in the year 1209 of the Third Age to Dragtonian High Councilor, Edmiré Séguier. Catherine is a very gifted and talented girl. At the age of five, she learned that she could wield magic. And after several failed attempts by her father to quell her magical impulses, he finally gave-in and allowed her to train under one of the royal mages of Ablion.
Catherine was a fast learner, having mastered or nearly mastered two forms of elemental magic by her twelfth year. It was also at this time that she started to take an interest in archery, something her father absolutely refused to allow. Though that didn’t stop her from learning it. In secret, Catherine began to train using the bow with a soldier from the City Guard. She kept this up for nearly eight years before her father found out and used his authority to execute the soldier and Catherine was confined to home and wasn’t allowed to go anywhere unless under strict guard.
By the Spring of 3A-1235, Catherine slipped away without her guards knowing before making her way down to the City of Florin to enter into the grand tournament there. Not wanting to be found out, she disguised herself using a black travel cloak and didn’t use her full name to sign up. During the event, most of her opposites and those watching all thought she was a man, largely because of her deception to get in and the fact that she still hadn’t quite fully developed as a woman.
With her magnificent display of combining her unique magical abilities with her archery training, Catherine made it all the way to the final match. In this match she was paired with a common peasant boy with what appeared to an enchanted sword. His name was Kobi Hael.
The match was fierce, so fierce in fact that it forced her true identity into the light. Despite the objection of her uncle, who was also the High King, Catherine and Kobi’s match was allowed to continue which resulted with Kobi as the victor and Catherine took her leave.

A fantastic education given to her by royal tutors. She has never much enjoyed being a student and very much preferred working on her magic but she does have a basic understanding of the things her father considered important and can read fluently in a few languages – even some that she cannot speak.

She considers progressing through a tournament to the final round to be an accomplishment because she was given absolutely no training in archery since her father forbade her from learning more about it and she had to do it herself.
Failures & Embarrassments
Losing in that tournament was something she’s not entirely happy about. People did find out who she was, and it was draped over her but she got much further than anyone would have assumed if they knew who she was going in.
Mental Trauma
Losing her aunt when her cousins were born has really shaken her up. Also, being locked up by her father is not something she takes kindly to.
Intellectual Characteristics
A wordsmith at best. Catherine is a fantastic speaker and she does think very quickly on her feet. However, if she is faced with a problem she likes to stop and think about what she wants to do so she does not make the wrong decision by acting quickly.

Morality is black and white. She is not the kind of woman that takes kindly to negativity or evil but she has seen her own faults as black occasionally as well.

Aside from rebelling against her father and sleeping with one of her guards, she’s pretty clean of fault.

Motivation
At this point most of Catherine’s motivation is to prove her father wrong and to do what she thinks is best for herself. She wants to have the final say in her life and it’s been impossible to do as such until now.

She is clever and is known to be fantastic at talking her way out of what her guards have been told to do. She also has a dazzling smile and uses her magic for tricky games. Catherine does however need physical support because she is not the strongest person.
