Okay so the first ever human-built bio-dome is built and it's built on the moon. The guys that pulled it off were the Nordic Union but they'd quickly fall behind in this space-race as the other nations would immediately go insane for bio-dome building while the Nordic Union tried to find out who in their scientific organizations was the spy that gave them the blueprints for bio-domes.
